Let's Find Home

"Abby Atwell saved my family's life."

When forced to sell our home in a rush, we needed a friendly guiding presence. Abby showed up, held our hands, and walked my brother and me through a process neither of us had been through before. She bent over backwards for us, negotiating, talking with lawyers and other brokers while gathering their due diligence. She was incredible to work with. And all the while with a smile on her face. They get the job done!!! We were treated with respect and compassion during a difficult time. They are the real deal - down-to-earth people who are trustworthy and make you feel instantly comfortable. I can't recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed.

"Jill is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional."

She probably showed my wife and me half the houses in Winston as we looked for the right next home over the last 3 years. She never pushed us on houses we didn’t like, and would bring us back to what we wanted when we were frustrated on the market and considering settling for something less optimal. She knows so much about the market and is super responsive. I can’t recommend her enough. Thanks, Jill, for helping us find our perfect next home!

"Mark is an exceptional real estate agent."

We were buying a home in Winston-Salem while living in another state. Even before formally doing so, Mark walked us through the process (including aspects of NC real estate transactions that were different from our home state), viewed the property on our behalf, and provided critical, objective, and very honest feedback. He is a person of the highest integrity, honest, trustworthy, hardworking, diligent, and highly responsive. He is highly knowledgeable with respect to the local real estate market. He is also very patient and approachable. He also connected us to critical resources in the area, including home inspection, municipal resources, a reliable real estate attorney, and even prospective contractors to consider for renovation. We cannot say any less or more about his professionalism and that of Atwell Ford. We would hire you to sell our home as well.

"Working with Jess Martin was one of the best decisions we made during our First-time home-buying process!"

From start to finish, she was an absolute powerhouse — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. What stood out most was her unmatched availability. No matter the time of day, Jess was always easy to reach and quick to respond. Whether it was the last-minute showings or late-night questions (a lot), she made us feel like a priority every single time! (We literally put in our offer at like 11 pm.)She brought a deep understanding of the process, explaining every step clearly and making sure we felt confident in each decision. Her expertise showed in the way she anticipated issues before they happened and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Above all, Jess was on top of everything — deadlines, documents, negotiations, and details we wouldn’t have even known to look for. She advocated for us, guided us, and made the home-buying experience feel organized and manageable. If you’re looking for a realtor who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional at what she does, Jess is the one. She wasn’t just helpful — she was a key asset in making our home-buying experience successful!

"We would recommend Melissa to anyone, whether you are a first-time home buyer or not."

My husband and I worked with Melissa to buy our first home, and we could not have been happier with our experience. Melissa was very focused on our needs and budget, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and was extremely thoughtful throughout the whole process. She did a TON of legwork up front to learn about the homes that we were seeing, so there were no surprises walking in, and she often gave us recommendations and advice as we navigated this process for the first time. Melissa is incredibly detail-oriented and helped point out things about homes that most buyers wouldn't notice. She was responsive, flexible, and patient as we went through this process and asked a lot of questions.
