Melissa Rosales
As a lead agent with Atwell Ford Real Estate, Melissa enjoys the hands-on process of helping homebuyers and sellers make major life decisions. As the team’s longtime Listing Prep Specialist, Melissa brings keen insight to the selling process – both what it takes to sell and what buyers are looking for in their purchase. After helping so many Atwell Ford clients behind the scenes, Melissa realized she was ready to take the lead in working with clients from start to finish! Her attention to detail, eye for quality (& potential!), combined with her relational skills, sets her apart in the industry.
From earning an undergraduate degree in Latin Studies and Spanish from Colby College to most recently obtaining her real estate license, she is no stranger to taking on new challenges. Alongside her real estate roles, she passionately helps people reach their fitness goals as a certified personal trainer. Melissa has also lived in quite a few places, including Winston-Salem–twice. When she first moved to the city in the mid-2000s, she earned her Master's in Social Work at UNC-Chapel Hill and then served the Winston-Salem community as a social worker for the Forsyth County Department of Social Services. She’s also worked in community-building as a guardian ad litem.
Melissa has three amazing daughters and lives in Ardmore, where her girls love to walk to Bagel Station and Thruway. She enjoys doing CrossFit, being outside in the sun by a pool or on a beach, listening to audiobooks, cheering on her girls at their sporting events, and spending time with friends.
